The Electronics department was established in November 1985. Department comprises of highly qualified faculty members:

• 5 Full time faculty members and 2 Non-teaching staff
• 2 Faculty members having Ph.D and one out of them having Post Doc. from UK, 2 faculty members having M. Phil degree.
• Average intake of students is 35.

The department has consistently provided good result (95 %)of students since more than a decade.Alumina of these department are holding key positions in various Government and Non-governmental organizations, viz. ISRO, HAL, BSNL, MTNL, GSFC, ABB etc. Department plays significant role in placement of students in various reputed organizations.
